Spain Travel Guide Q: For 2 adults and a 17 year old what is best: Puerto del Carmen or Costa Teguise? A: Puerto del Carmen has more nightlife and a better beach whilst Costa Teguise is quieter and more relaxed but can be quite windy. In your case, the best bet is probably Puerto del Carmen.
