Table Mountain cable car

Cape Town

My most amazing travel experience was when i visited Table mountain in Cape Town. The views were spectacular to say the least and you could almost see the most southern tip of Africa...was an awesome experience....absolutely.

I seem to remember the penguins here are African or 'Jackass" penguins. It's a bizarre thing to see... almost as if have all come on their holidays to the beach!

Visited last year. The furthest south I've been in the world and it was amazing to be where two such great oceans meet. Altantic and Pacific waves pounding in to each other. Fantastic.

I've visited Cape Town quite a few times and always go up Table Mountain. Fantastic view to Cape Town.. the top of the world.

My fiance and I honeymooned in Cape Town and really enjoyed exploring the Constantia wineries and vineyards. THere is plenty of wine tasting to be done and many of them also offer excellent food menus to go with the wine.

Take the walk up Table Mountain!... we did and it's a great workout. Alternatively, take the cable car up and the walk back down. Whatever you do, Cape town is fabulous. We have now been 4 times and will be back again.

Camps Bay is great place to hang out. Loads of bars and restaurants along the front and lots of young people. It reminded us a bit of St Kilda in Australia.
