This ancient town is awash with bars and restaurants that cater for every taste! The pretty streets have seating which makes the most of the pretty views.

Stunning blue water, matching skies! What more could you want, total serenity.
Paleokastritsa is a lovely small resort suitable for a quiet holiday. The old church up at the monastery is so beautiful and quaint and is a lovely way to spend some time away from sun-bathing!
All of the places I visited on my tour of greece were amazing!! They have such a rich culture and so many different people. The food is magnifient and I really advise going to some of the traditional greek restaurants!! There are also some very historic places in Corfu...a great place if you are interested in history!!
Climb above the village of Elounda for a breathtaking panorama that stretches on a clear day to the very eastern tip of Crete. Explore the lagoon bordered by a long peninsula, seek out the remains of ancient Oulus (much of it swallowed by the sea) and take a trip out to the island of Spinaloga where Venetian fortifications built in 1579 still look brand new.
Heraklion's City hall is so nice... This interior court and the facade of the building which can be seen from the street are quite spectacular. The mayor should be proud of his workplace.
Apparrently, there is an island just off the coast called Spinalonga which used to be a leper colony.

The delightful simlicity and beauty bring back memories of a wonderful, relaxing holiday on Meganissi.
It is only a short walk here from the causeway to Mogonissi. Not very child friendly (lots of jagged rocks and steep drops) but a great place to sit and stare out to see. Feels liks you can almost reach out and touch Anti Paxos - take the water taxi from Gaios though, it's easier!
For those looking for two holidays in one, Lardos has the answer. By the beach, sandy distractions and eateries invite those looking for a fun time in the sun. A little way inland, the pace slows a little more as you explore the old town, where terraced restaurants and friendly locals invite you to people-watch over a glass of retsina.
Santorini is our favourite place in the world of travel and we have travelled extensivly. It has the most beautiful views and is a haven for artists & photographers as well as just plain folks like us that love the serenity.
Argassi is a lovely town with some good shopping. The beach isn't fantastic but there is a free bus to a nearby beach that is fantastic.
