Tenerife Travel Guide

Q: I would like to know why single travelers must often pay almost twice the price for a holiday compared to the price per person that couples pay?
A: This is a common complaint about among single holidaymakers and travellers. Hotels frequently charge single supplements in an effort to maximise their revenues per hotel room. However, things are improving and holiday companies such as Thomson Holidays For One and Thomas Cook Singles Skiing are starting to offer better deals for solo travelers.
