Menorca Travel Guide

Q: Are there any quiet non-commercial places to visit in Majorca?
A: Despite the mass market tourism, there are also plenty of quieter spots in Majorca. Valdemossa or Deia spring to mind... traditional villages with only limited tourist development.

Matthew Harris says:
"I said Cala Santandria was a little slice of heaven. I'd like to, with your indulgence, change my remarks. Cala Santandria is a big slice of heaven. No, hold on, I'm gonna change that again. It's like a big slice of heaven in between two pieces of sour-dough awesome, with angel mustard, served with your choice of wonderful chips."

Christopher John Bridgman says:
"Here's an idyllic bay with calm water, a beach free of scuffs, footprints and windbreaks and discrete whitewashed accommodation that speaks of peace, tranquility and quiet contemplation."
